Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within
24 Hours Of Ordering & Within next 1-2 days the tracker number is updated which takes at-least 5-7 days to be tracked via tracking website.
We do work on holidays except Chinese holidays due to our warehouse located in China (Main Hub),United States (Child Hubs) & India (Child Hubs). We do take large orders from our customers & our partners & In case of delay in delivery we do have a refund policy within 60 days. The moment customers make a checkout on our page we process your order within 24 hours from our warehouse, then within 1-2 days tracking number is provided via mail of the customer and the same numbers reflect on tracking website within 4-5 website.
Customs, duties, and taxes
AIGOSTORE ARE USUALLY AREN’T CHARGED WITH TAX. AIGOSTORE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
AIGOSTORE still might help you with letting the airlines know about the damage on the product, still one can make a claim via airlines.
AIGOSTORE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
In case of defective part or product kindly contact our support we will ensure the damage then forward the issue to the respected department & get your product replaced or ship another one. But Make sure the damage isn’t made by the air-lines. We have no return policy on products to the distance of shipping products are quite high.
In rear scenario, if there are any delays & customer doesn’t want to we will charge a nominal fee for refund which includes fee for return of product from the location its currently in it’s variable.
